High speed automatic paper receiving machine is that the whole paper receiving process is automatically completed under the condition of high speed paper tape movement. When the used paper roll is required to use the specified diameter (usually referred to as the old paper roll is used up), the paper tape of the new and old paper roll will be pasted together automatically and accurately, and the paper tape of the old paper roll will be cut off in time, and the paper tape of the new paper roll will be supplied for printing in time. Since the paper tape does not stop moving in the process of high-speed automatic paper receiving machine, it can continue to supply paper to the printing part, so there is no need to set up a paper storage mechanism.




High speed automatic paper receiving machine is mostly used in web offset press for News printing and book printing. Due to the development of technology and the improvement of paper quality, the high-speed automatic paper receiving machine has high reliability, so it is also used in commercial web offset press.




Although the high-speed automatic paper machine has various structures, the principle of automatic paper pick-up is roughly the same.




① Normal paper supply and ready to receive paper: the paper roll in use is normally fed to the printing unit. The linear speed of the paper tape is consistent with the printing speed. Before automatic paper connection, stick "eight" double-sided tape on the new paper roll for standby.




② Positioning: when a certain diameter of the paper roll is used, the photoelectric cell will send out the first paper receiving signal, and the rotating arm will automatically rotate an angle to make the new paper roll turn to the paper receiving position (if it is necessary to reduce the speed of the paper, after the first signal is sent, the machine will automatically slow down, and then turn the paper arm). The position of the new roll is controlled by the paper receiving control mechanism. After the position of the paper roll is positioned, the acceleration belt falls on the surface of the new paper roll and starts to accelerate the new paper roll, and the paper receiving arm swings to the paper receiving position.




③ Paper roll acceleration: this kind of paper connection is of high speed, so the line speed of new and old paper must be consistent before paper connection. After the acceleration belt falls on the outer circle of the new roll, it starts to speed up the new roll. Until the line speed of the new and old paper is consistent, the paper can be connected. During the acceleration of the new roll, the old roll continues to supply paper to the press, and when the old roll is used, the gauge is used




When the diameter is specified, the photocell will send out a second automatic paper connection signal.




④ Paper receiving: after the second automatic paper receiving signal is sent, the photoelectric cell of label measurement is connected. When the photoelectric cell overlaps with the label on the paper roll, the roller or brush on the paper receiving arm will immediately lean towards the new roll and press the paper tape in use on the new roll to complete the automatic paper connection. At the same time, the cutter immediately extends to cut off the old paper roll. The new roll began to feed paper to the press.




⑤ Normal paper feeding: after the automatic paper connection is completed, accelerate the belt lifting and stop the movement, and reset the paper receiving arm. The new roll is turned to the normal feeding position, the old roll is turned to the loading position, and then the paper core is removed, and a new coil is put on, and a new cycle begins.
