Several common structural types of high-speed automatic paper splicer are as follows:
1. Rotary arm High-speed full-automatic paper splicer: pre acceleration belt. Its function is to speed up the new paper roll before the automatic paper connection, so that the new paper roll can be accelerated from zero speed to the speed required for paper connection. Generally, the pulley is driven by a single motor and the speed can be controlled.
2. Turntable type high-speed automatic paper feeder: this high-speed paper feeder is actually the same as the two arm rotary arm paper feeder. It uses a turntable instead of two arms. The new and old rolls are mounted on a rotating disc. This paper feeder is characterized by its compact structure.
3. Non rotating arm type high-speed automatic paper feeder: this high-speed paper feeder has no rotating arm. The new and old paper rolls share the same belt. This belt contacts the outer circle of the new and old paper coils at the same time, so that the linear speed of the surface of the two rolls is consistent.
