  The compound pressure of the web paper laminating machine is not enough to produce foam easily. Increasing the pressure and temperature of the composite membrane and compound pressure will greatly reduce the foam. The contact between the two composite rollers is linear contact, so reducing the working speed of the device will increase the sticker time between the compound rollers, so that the foam in the composite membrane will be completely discharged and the foam will be reduced.

  Appropriate drying temperature can make the adhesive on the surface of the equipment fully dry. Generally, the best drying temperature is 80 ~ 100 ℃. The drying temperature is too high, the surface of the adhesive has been peeled, the surface parts are not yet dry, and the exhaust gas is difficult to escape.

  On the contrary, because the drying temperature is too low, the binder can not be completely dried. After a certain period of time, the adhesive naturally evaporates and forms a foam. When compounding, the temperature of the compound hot roller is increased. Reducing the angle of Phoenix helps foam discharge complex membranes.

  The deeper the mesh is, the shallower the mesh is, and the less gelatin is. If the blade is adjusted correctly, the adhesive dose will become more uniform, and the foam will not decrease or appear.
