  If the compound pressure of the special paper Composite Machine is too high or the pressure at both ends of the composite roller is uneven, the surface of the composite film will be wrinkled, and the empty tunnel will be formed at the wrinkle after compounding, which will affect the bonding fastness of the finished product. In general, three common methods, such as increasing the amount of glue, properly increasing the compound pressure and selecting the appropriate drying temperature, are adopted.

  (1) Increasing the amount of glue, too little glue or no adhesive on the surface of some substrates will lead to the difficulty of bonding between the two substrates. We can choose the anilox roller with deep mesh hole, or increase the rubber roller pressure and reduce the contact pressure between the scraper and the anilox roller to increase the amount of glue on the surface of the substrate. For some plastic film substrate, corona treatment can be carried out before coating to make its surface fluffy, so as to improve the adhesive adsorption capacity of the substrate and increase the surface coating amount.

  (2) If the compound pressure is increased properly, the compound pressure of the laminating machine is too large or the pressure at both ends of the composite roller is uneven, the surface of the composite film will be wrinkled, and the empty tunnel will be formed at the wrinkle after compounding, which will affect the bonding fastness of the finished product. Proper increase of composite pressure is beneficial to improve the bonding force. In addition, in order to improve the bonding effect and quality of the composite film, dairy packaging should try to avoid foreign matters, dust and other debris adhering to the adhesive or the composite surface of the substrate. Conclusion operation, to carefully observe the production process of various problems and faults, reasonable use of the above methods to remove the fault.   (3) If the drying temperature is too high or too low, the adhesion fastness of the composite film will be affected. When the coating substrate is heated too high or cooked at high temperature, the surface layer of the adhesive will be carbonized, which will destroy the bonding ability of the adhesive. If the drying temperature is too low, the adhesive curing is not complete, the viscosity of the adhesive is poor, and the bonding is not firm. After a period of time, bubbles are easy to form in the composite film, which will damage the composite quality of the product. Of course, we can choose the adhesive digital printing machine with good heat resistance and cooking resistance to adapt to higher temperature drying, such as polyurethane adhesive.
