  Winding tension control refers to the tension control between the winding roll and the compound roll of the Web paper composite machine. During winding, the magnetic powder clutch applies winding torque to the winding core, and through the friction transmission force between the winding layers, tension occurs in the outer layer, which is the winding tension. The purpose of its control is to roll the composite film into a good film roll. Three commonly used tension control methods:

  1. Constant tension control. As the tension remains unchanged during the whole process, the tension setting value is small, and the winding is uneven, causing eccentricity and eccentricity; when the tension setting value is large, the film cannot be retracted well after winding and a part of the tension remains. A large contraction force causes the inner film to be deformed due to squeezing, or a hard roll phenomenon occurs. Therefore, this method is only suitable for film rolls with smaller roll diameters.

  2, equal moment tension control. From the formula: M=FR, it can be seen that the winding tension will become smaller and smaller as the diameter of the roll increases, and in order to improve production efficiency, the diameter of the composite film roll is getting larger and larger, so the winding tension will be very small, making the film roll Not tight; at the same time, the film roll is getting heavier and heavier, it needs a large torque to rotate, so the constant torque tension control can not meet the requirements.

  3. Taper tension control. Practice has proved that the use of taper tension control can basically solve the above problems. The width of the composite film can reach 1140mm and the winding diameter can reach 350mm. According to the empirical formula: L=3.14(R2-D2)/(4T), the curve of the roll diameter changing with the output voltage can be obtained.
